Cassandra joined the Fisher Dore team in 2019, having obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 2016.

Following graduation, she completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and worked as a law clerk, before being admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2019.

Cassandra developed a keen interest in law whilst working in the area of probation and parole. Through that work she was exposed to a variety of serious criminal matters, and the individuals who were navigating their way through the justice system. This experience saw her pursue a law career in order to advocate strongly for, and protect the rights of all who find themselves in that system. An astute and empathetic listener, she understands the strain faced by clients when pursuing compensation, and also when defending criminal charges.

In these different fields Cassandra has always acted to protect vulnerable people, advocating on their behalf, and guiding them through the relevant processes.

Cassandra regularly appears as an advocate, and instructs counsel in a variety of courts, including the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts. A determined and confident solicitor, she prides herself on providing clients with strategic representation in all matters.
