Fisher Dore Lawyers

Fisher Dore appeared for Mr C. He was convicted on his own plea of guilty of 1 count of importing child pornography material, and was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment to be released after serving 12 months.

The Commonwealth DPP appealed on the basis that the sentence was manifestly inadequate. The CDPP were unsuccessful in arguing this ground, and the Court dismissed the appeal.​
