Minimum disqualification ordered

Tom Gardiner of our office appeared in the Wynnum Magistrates Court for his client who had been charged with Failure to Appear, and Driving With Relevant Drug Present in Breath/Saliva. Through excellent advocacy, Tom persuaded the Magistrate to order the minimum disqualification period of one month, and a $600.00 fine was also imposed.
